Code of conduct

with 5 comments

  1. You are a warmly invited guest here.  Please treat the host and fellow guests with appropriate respect.
  2. Straight talking is welcome and appreciated, whether in agreement or disagreement. Honesty and integrity are expected. Rudeness and vulgarity will not be tolerated. It is all well and good to communicate with the intention of being gracious and loving, but it is therefore necessary that the words and tone of your communication manifest grace and love: therefore let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt.
  3. Please extend the courtesy of actually reading a post or comment in full and carefully before you comment. This will keep you from appearing stupid and others from becoming frustrated.
  4. I may respond to comments. I may not. No promises. Often I will want to think before I respond. I may think long enough to (a) realise that I have nothing to say or (b) forget that I thought I had something to say.
  5. Please keep comments on topic. The appearance of one of your buzz-words does not mean that you can hijack the post and its comments with extended and/or repetitive attacks on what you consider error and defences of what you consider truth. (So, for example, not every post that uses one of the words or phrases “law,” “grace,” “covenant,” “works,” and/or “antinomian” is a reason for an extended discussion of the pros and cons of New Covenant Theology).
  6. Don’t feed the trolls.

  2. Jeremy, many blessings to you. Thank you for providing an opportunity for your readers to link to my blog from yours by listing one of my posts as a pingback (or whatever you call it, lol). I am the admin for Variegated Vision, a blog with four regular contributors, all firmly rooted in a love of God and desire to grow. We welcome guest contributors and respect the common morality of varying faiths. I do not believe that God only chooses perfected souls through whom to speak the Truth and work in Love. I wanted to let you know I have added your blog to the blogroll of our site. God bless you. Keep blogging!

    • I am afraid that I cannot at all help with that! You will need to contact the administrators of the college directly. I hope that you are able to make progress.
